It hasn’t quite hit us yet, but we are heading for the mourning period of our team, and just thinking about it quite sad. There are of course a lot of things we are looking forward to, Christmas is around the corner, and that means a well-deserved break. We feel like we should reiterate this last line here, a really well-deserved break.
We have just a few moments left with this project and this team, and we are sad to see it go. There is, however, tingling in our bodies. What we have learned here, we will manage to bring with us to make our future projects even better.
It is hard to reflect on such an extensive process in such a short time, but there is one thing we agree upon that we have all learned, a very valuable lesson. That is that one can not spend too much time on clarification. When things arise, make sure everyone is on the same page and has the same understanding. This will, in the long run, save you a lot of time, and potentially unnecessary work.
So we leave with a smile knowing it is not goodbye forever just goodbye for this time. There is a chance that we can work together again. There is a guarantee that we will see each other again very soon.
